ALLY Reflects on Working With a Global Cast in Perfect Girl

As Achiraya “ALLY” Nitibhon continues expanding her career beyond music, her upcoming film Perfect Girl marks another step in her growing international journey. The project brings together artists from across the global entertainment industry, creating opportunities for collaboration while highlighting Asian talent on a wider stage.
During her appearance on Once and Always a Fanboy, ALLY shared that she immediately felt surprised when she first learned about the project. After reading the synopsis and seeing the names involved, she realized how significant the opportunity could be, especially with talents such as Arden Cho, known for KPop Demon Hunters, K-pop stars Nancy McDonie of Momoland and Jeon Somi, and Filipino performer AC Bonifacio attached to the cast.
“I was so shocked… this is a big project,” she shared, recalling her reaction when she understood the scale of the production and the artists involved.
Even being invited to audition already felt meaningful. ALLY admitted that she tried not to expect too much, knowing that projects of this size often attract talent from many countries. “I was like, okay, it’s fine if I don’t get it because it’s such a huge project… I already felt honored that they considered me,” she explained, noting how exciting it was to be considered alongside internationally recognized performers.
When she eventually secured the role, the experience felt empowering, particularly because of the strong sense of shared identity among the cast.
“It felt very empowering actually because the Asian representation in this movie… everyone’s Asian,” she said, emphasizing how meaningful it was to collaborate with artists from different backgrounds while representing Thailand on a global platform.
Filming in Thailand also allowed her to share aspects of her culture with fellow cast members, introducing them to local food and helping them explore the city during breaks in production.
As ALLY continues exploring opportunities in both music and film, Perfect Girl reflects her ongoing growth as an artist connecting with audiences across cultures.
